EXCHANGES POLICY

Online Orders

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases at this point in time - even if you have just ordered.

  • For online orders, items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions outlined HERE and below. 

  • We recommend placing a new order in the correct size or colour quickly, especially during busy periods, as stock can sell out fast.

In-Store Purchases

  • You may exchange your item in-store within 30 days if it meets the return policy conditions

  • Bring the item and proof of purchase to the original Helly Hansen retail store

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability


Return Eligibility Conditions

  • They are unwashed and unused (trying on is fine)

  • Original tags are attached

  • Footwear and baselayers are in original, undamaged packaging (No tape or labels on shoe boxes please)

  • Products are complete (e.g., full pairs, all components)
