SHIPPING LOCATION

Where possible, orders placed on the NZ website will be shipped from NZ store and warehouse locations. However, where stock is only available in Australia, stock will ship from our Sydney warehouse.

DISPATCH TIMING

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST on weekdays are dispatched the same day via  Australia Post International Express.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays are shipped on the next business day

• Important: Dispatches may be delayed if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

• Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $300 NZD

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 NZD applies to orders under $300

• Shipping is handled by Australia Post International Express with final delivery via New Zealand Post.    

DELIVERY PROCESS

• Deliveries are made by NZ Post during standard business hours, Monday to Friday

• If you're unavailable to receive your parcel at home, it will be securely held at your nearby post office for convenient pickup

TRANSIT TIMES

Estimated transit times vary:

• International Express: 3–6 business days (per Australia Post)
• Shipping within NZ  - 1-3 business days.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information

• Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active on AusPost and NZ Post websites. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please contact us.
